Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Care, named by the people "Sklif", is known to all. More often than not, his patients are people, who are moments ago could not think to be on the operating table. The doctors working there sometimes have no time to get acquainted with "a history of the disease." The decision must be taken immediately, here and now. And, if the decision is made, then full responsibility should be incurred for it. The best clinic’s surgeon Bragin is considered by everyone as god, but there is no such a post in the "Sklif". But Bragin is not very keen to go a couple of steps up the administrative ladder, and, at least sometimes, to put a scalpel out of hand. Because in his opinion, the head should be able to love someone else's stupidity and respect his own. And Bragin doesn’t like stupidity. He loves cuties and to hear "hits of hooves" of his ordinators, and most of all – he loves to return patients from the dead.
