Chip Douglas seems to be an ordinary cable man, but he definitely has some sort of problems. Having found a new friend called Steve, he starts to cause a danger for his life. Steve realizes that and tries to get rid of such a “friend”. But it is not so easy to do like this because he has a new enemy.
