World Inside Out
World Inside Out
The author of the "Inside-Out World" travels the countries, where tourists usually don't go. In the program you will see rare traditions and unique rituals, incredible acquaintances with the natives. Dmitry Komarov is a Ukrainian journalist and photographer, a special correspondent of the newspaper "New of Ukraine".
The author and participant favors single trips - he buys a one way ticket and leaves to a foreign country for a long time to understand it from the inside, to become its resident and show the underside.
In Komarov's luggage, there are about 20 countries today: Kenya, Tanzania, Nepal, Burma, Thailand, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, and others. Komarov's solitary journey through India was included in the "Ukrainian Book of Records" as the maximum mileage "under own power" in this country for a minimum period - 20 000 kilometers in 90 days. Dmitry also ascended Kilimanjaro, Elbrus, and Mont Blanc.
