The film is about the joys and difficulties of family life that are familiar to everyone, but they take place in the Iranian way of life. It tells about love, a sense of duty to one another, to the children, aging parents, the choice of a golden middle (if it exists) between truth and lies, responsibility and self-interest, wealth and poverty, the close limits of public and religious morality – it is about wisdom, which most of the people lack so much on the way to happiness.
