Three hapless thieves get an enchanted city, where insidious witches have ruled for centuries. Problem of the heroes is simple to get away from the terrible place. Then the Holy Inquisition arrested almost the entire population of Sugarramurdi and surrounding villages (about 300 people), arranging the trial on the case of "witch villages" , which had lasted for two years. As a result, in 1610, 40 villagers were accused of witchcraft, and 11 of them were burned at the stake. Since then Sugarramurdi has been engraved in the collective memory as the abode of witches.
