In the midst of the Cold War, the U.S. develops the most deadly biological weapons in history, which samples were abducted by the Soviet intelligence agencies. Some years ago, the Russian government decided to get rid of hazardous weapons by returning it to the United States. A gang of terrorists hijack the sub in an attempt to plunge the world into chaos.
