The film tells of the heroic Soviet offensive in the Crimea in 1944. Despite the fact that the war was coming to an end, Hitler's army in the Ukraine was still combat-ready. It required an elaborate plan and the courage of each individual commanders and soldiers to crush Nazi’s army iron machine.
