A group of young factory workers are serious to get the honorary title for their team. After all, they really deserve it. Energetic and motivated, they are real shock workers. One of the oldest and most respected masters Jacob provide them with a comprehensive support. But everything is not so good in the life of the characters. They have to overcome the resistance of the engineer Kamensky who cares only about his own career and Eugene who, in fact, is a pacifier, but he persuaded the factory’s management team that he is a talented inventor.
