Ploddy is a very smart police car. He can drive without a driver and also is able to talk! An autumn storm leaves the city without electricity. Brave Ploddy takes up a matter to pull the cable through the mountains. As his work was almost finished, Ploddy touches the broken cable and gets an electric shock! Everyone thinks our hero is wrecked, and his task will remain unfinished, but a miracle happens! Ploddy now is an electric car and is ready for new deeds!
