A charming and inventive crook Olive, once emigrated from the USSR to the United States, is trying to break with the criminal world for the sake of her son Bobby who was born in America. Together they moved far from the bustle to the city of Oklahoma, but the past catches up with them there. For a once committed crime Olive goes to prison. Fortunately, Bobby is taked by her new friend - a successful businessman Kent. It would seem that everything is under control, but, coming from behind bars, Olive is facing the most difficult challenge in her life that puts the future of her child under the big question.
