Arthur Poppington, a simple guy, decides that he's a superhero Defender, and every night, having pulled his tight leggings, he goes to the streets in search of his chief enemy Captain Industry - a drug dealer whom Arthur wrongly blames for the death of his mother. However, instead of Industry the hero meets a young prostitute, and with her, as well as with moral support of his treating psychiatrist, "proves that everyone is able to make a better world."
