The Kinokolo National Film Critics Award is an annual award, founded in 2018, that determines the achievements of Ukrainian cinema and film industry figures over the past year on behalf of the Ukrainian film critic community. The award is given in categories for Best Feature Film, Short Feature Film, Documentary, Animated Film, Discovery of the Year, Director, Actress and Actor, Screenplay and "For Achievement."

The Kinokolo's committee includes film critics who are members of FIPRESCI; Ukrainian film critics whose reviews and critiques appear in the print press, online media, radio or television; and journalists who issue analyses about Ukrainian cinema in the media.
