Joseph was the favorite of the family. By this he called the envy of his brothers and they sold him to Egyptians. The hero overcame many hardships, being a slave, but the unshakable faith in God helped him to survive in the most difficult moments. For his angelic patience Joseph was rewarded and even took quite an enviable position. But he did not abuse it, keeping his gentle heart, becoming the most vivid biblical example of tolerance and role models from countless generations of Christians.
