Film tells the story of a 11-year-old boy. The boy’s life dramatically changes after he meets a charming clumsy ghost Hugo in the basement of his house. Together with a ghost hunter Hetty he will need all his courage to help Hugo return home. For this they will have to destroy the Ancient Ice Ghost, who lives in Hugo’s house and threatens to plunge the entire city into the permafrost.
