England, XIX century. Anthropologists Jamie Dodd and Elena Van Den Ende are going to the jungles of the Central Africa in search of mysterious pygmies, a warlike tribe of dwarfs. Their goal is to present two pygmies to the scientific society as a missing link between apes and the evolution of human beings. After their dangerous expedition is successfully completed, the scientists return home with a valuable cargo aboard. Pygmies are held in a case in a secluded castle, where a group of like-minded people began to secretly study them.
