The issue consists of cartoons "Goat and the Ram" and "Peter is a cheerful liar". The first one tells how a goat and a ram, being offended by their hosts, went into the woods to scare the wolves, and after all the adventures came back home. The second one is about a rogue Peter, who has promised to ride the King over the entire square.
