Once upon a time in a Russian village the landlord Paul had a lover. She betrayed him and Paul decided to revenge by buring her alive into the ground. Here and now, Pavel Kazantsev, a businessman, brings his wife to the country house in these places. He locks her here and humiliates. It turns out that he also has a lover named Nastya. She learns from the local people the old legend about the landlord. She can’t forget about the coincidence of names, but it is only the beginning of the terrible events.
