By 1942, a total of four thousand Latvian children were deported to Siberia. Many have found their death there, some of them were rescued by good people, and a lot survived like wolves and were cut off from their homeland and normal life. After many years, old people remember their traumatic childhood and try to figure out who is to blame for the fact that their childhood and home were taken away his, and whether there was a chance to avoid this tragedy somehow.
