The movie is based on the play ‘Ölülər’ by the great Azerbaijani playwright Jalil Mammadguluzade, but is more eccentric than the original. A resourceful con artist, Seyx Nesrullah, is looking for a way to make money, but it is mission impossible in a little village. He comes up with a plan to reconstruct the village, and then a real adventure begins.
