A moving theatre arrives in a seaside town. During one of their shows, the mayor’s wife notices an actress with a dog and demands her husband to bring the pet to her. The dog belongs to the prima donna and the wife of the theatre’s director Mr. Pochinovsky. The mayor forbids the theater to give their shows until they give them the dog.
