His name was Alexander Lima. A romantic and a dreamer, he went in search of a diamond river in the heart of forbidding jungles of Venezuela – to the highest waterfall in the world – Angel Falls. It is not known whether his quest was crowned with success, but Canaim’s old-timers still call Alexandra Lima the Diamond King – as he was once called by Indians. So, did they exist, Lima’s diamonds?
