The FBI, investigating the theft of a deadly strain from the secret lab, is on the trail of a mad messiah Saint-Joy, seeking with his army of terrorists to destroy the world. The deal with him has to be held in the majestic skyscraper where the all-powerful intelligence agencies arrange a cunning ambush. But a powerful earthquake breaks the plans of the villains and their enemies, and now the brave agent Mack and his charming companion, Julie, will become the new guardians of the dangerous virus.
