The events of the movie take place in Uzbekistan in 1980. After the murder of the deputy head of the criminal investigation department Pak, the head of the regional CID Tur Samatov came to the conclusion that Pak had crossed the pass of the drug dealers’ gang. Since some officials were not interested in solving the case, Tur Samatov was retired.
