A documentary that tells about one of the most tragic moments in the history of Latvia. Tens of thousands of people were deported to Siberia by Stalin. Among them were many infants and the elderly. Part of them died at a halting place, a large number have died in the harsh conditions of the North. Even subsequent rehabilitation was not able to return some exiled Latvians to a normal life; their fates were forever broken by the red terror.
