Early in the film we see how after a conversation with a bearded young man a girl throws herself under a car. What makes people take their own lives? Often it is a "guilty" love. The prosecutor is trying to set a precedent in court, saying that what had happened is a manslaughter. To prove it, he finds ex-girlfriend of the bearded young man. The screen shows the history of the first and true love of the heroine, which displaced everything from her life: her mother, sister and friends.
