The authoritarian ruler has decided to retire and devote his time to his family. His entourage is eager to prolong the life of a dying generalissimo - but they are guided by their own interests. For this purpose, Dr. Muller arrives at the residence from Germany, who treats the ruler as an ordinary person. And thanks to that, she was able to win the trust of Franco and to become his right hand. The movie is provided with sign language interpretation.
