An engineer Clyde Shelton finds out that a prosecutor made a deal with murderers of his family and released them. Then the engineer decides to revenge the prosecutor and bring justice, but goes to jail. He makes claims, failing which he will start killing right in prison. He is not taken seriously, but soon the prison guards find dead bodies. The movie is available with sign language.
