This is a true story of Catherine Weldon, a local activist, who decided to move from Brooklyn to the Standing Rock Indian Reservation trying to help the chief Sitting Bull to save the land of his people. She was living on their land with his son for several years and was writing letters to the government on behalf of the chief.
