To keep his beautiful wife, who opened an art gallery in the trendy district on her husband’s money, Roger has long been living beyond their means and taking advantage of his official position, steals expensive paintings from applicants for leadership positions. One day Roger meets the Dutchman Clas Graaff: the ideal candidate for a firm specializing in navigation equipment, and – here's good luck! – an owner of the painting by Rubens, which was considered lost during the Second World War.
