A group of winter swimmers was falsely registered in a poor village, and usually on January 1 the House of Culture had a plan to organize swimming in cold water. But the performance had to rise, so they also falsely increased the number of group participants to 150. But such number of winter swimmers amazed the faraway superiors and attracter a foreign delegation which decided to take a look at this celebration. And there, hasty preparations for a responsible event began.
