1941. Little girl Misha’s parents who were hiding themselves in Belgium were deported. The child decides to escape to the East to find them. In order to survive, the girl will have to steal food and clothes. A couple of wolves save her from dying in a forest and she adapts to their customs and becomes a real part of the pack. After four years of wandering over the burning and bloody Europe, the girl reveals animal cruelty of people and kindness of wild animals.
