Cody Maverick

Cody Maverick is a rockhopper penguin and the main character in the film Surf's Up.

Cody was born and raised in the small town of Shiverpool, Antarctica. Despite his small stature, Cody has great ambition and a burning desire to show the world his talent as a surfer. Cody has an idol, the famous surfer Z, and it was he who once motivated and inspired Cody to learn to conquer the waves. Cody has always dreamed of fame and recognition. So one day, he leaves his native Antarctica and travels to Pen Gu Island to take part in a surfing contest... no, not just to take part, but to win.
