The action takes place in Marrakech when there is a conflict over the death of three Americans in one barbershop. The local authorities are trying to settle everything peacefully, which they soon succeed. Shortly the American embassy in Berlin is applied by a woman who says she knows the details of the crime. Then the CIA takes over the case.
