The law enforcement officers, Jens and Mike, perform their duties diligently in Svalengarden as well as in the ghetto in Copenhagen. The latter is predominantly populated by Arabs. Soon they apprehend nineteen-year-old Talib Ben Hassi, who ends up at the station... The patrolmen are now being hunted in a huge walled-off neighborhood.
