In the early 20th century, a few enthusiasts from various European countries decided to jointly implement an ambitious dream - to create a football organization that would unite the whole world! They called it the International Federation of Football or shortly - FIFA. The film is about an intriguing and somewhat scandalous story based on real events, the emergence of the World Cup and three obsessed people who contributed to it. Jules Rimet, Havelange Joao and reigning FIFA President Joseph "Zapp" Blatter are three different people who lived at different times in different countries. They made enemies, compromised from becoming victims of betrayal - but they did everything to make the World Cup become a reality. This over-century history glorifies the game, which, in spite of everything, has become not only the World Sports, but also the personification of Hope, Fortitude and Unity.
