Ambulance doctors Isabel and Adamo are returning home from a night shift, but unexpectedly they have to go to the site of a terrorist attack. One of the wounded teenagers at the scene turns out to be a suicide bomber with explosives, and from that moment on the heroes will have to fight not only for their lives but also for the safety of the citizens of the city.
