Events take place in April 1945, when the Allies make advances into enemy territory. Enemy resistance is on the wane. Everyone realizes that perhaps death awaits them. Among the heroes are members of the Fury tank crew, which Wardaddy controls. He is determined to keep his crew alive, though, and they are joined by green rookie Norman, who has never seen war before.
