Quan is of Chinese descent but lives in London, where he opens his own restaurant. He is proud of his grown daughter, who is becoming a beautiful woman. Unexpectedly, the latter is killed in a terrorist attack by IRA rebels. Realizing that the authorities are making no effort to find those responsible, he takes matters into his own hands.
