A tragic love story set against the complex backdrop of the end of World War II. The story is about two young boys in love with the same girl. The war comes to an end. In a town in Silesia, the security authorities create a camp for Germans, Silesians, and Poles. On the pretext of punishing traitors to the Polish people, the Security Service purges those who "dislike the Communist Party".
