In the not too distant future, a totalitarian state with a secret government organization run by the Director controls every aspect of life. All "enemies of the state" are under special control and most of them are executed by operatives of the secret organization and professional assassins. The top operative, codenamed Condor, is an elite agent and assassin for the government. However, in his latest assignment, he fails to kill the leader of the opposition and finds himself on the run from the government he works for. This eventually sets in motion a chain of events with unpredictable consequences for all involved. Can Condor now survive the hunt for him by the entire powerful state and the betrayal of his so-called allies, for he is the perfect weapon.
