A boy named Uncle Fyodor met cat Matroskin in the stairwell. It is a wonderful gray creature that can give useful advice. The boy decides to give shelter to a new friend. Only his mother is against this, so Uncle Fyodor packing his bags and goes to live with a cat in a village, where they were joined by another dog named Sharik.
