This documentary is based on a study of the visual ecology of Ukraine. The film analyzes the influence of signs and symbols on the human unconscious and provides examples of mass manipulation technologies that have been used against Ukrainians at different times. In addition, it explores the history of writing in Europe and introduces the viewer to the Ukrainian school of calligraphy, its outstanding master, Vasyl Chebanyk, and his authentic font called Ruthenia.
