This is a story about a quirky congressman, who likes alcohol and fun. Surprisingly, he succeeds to combine it with his political career. A friend of Charlie advised him to set up a meeting with the president of Pakistan, so he did it. The congressman starts to support an Afghan rebel movement and supplies it with weapon and ammunition.
