Audio Assistant (Audio description, TalkBack)

Audio description is a voice accompaniment for the interface that describes the visual elements of the service. To use voice prompts on MEGOGO, you need to activate them on your device. Support for audio description and TalkBack is mainly implemented at the operating system level and depends on the specific platform and device. On some Smart TV models, the functionality may be partial or only available for certain language configurations. For example, support may only work if the language of the application matches the language of the TV. MEGOGO implements voice prompt support within the technical capabilities of the specific platform and device specifications. However, the completeness and stability of this feature largely depend on the implementation by the equipment manufacturer and operating system, as well as user settings.

Voice Search

Voice search is a feature that allows you to find movies or TV shows using your voice instead of typing text. Available on Android TV, Google TV, and iOS and Android mobile devices. Voice search can be implemented either through the device's global search engine, which allows you to find content across the entire platform, or as voice input directly into the MEGOGO search field. Voice search functionality (including global search or voice text input) also depends on the operating system, device certification, and local settings. MEGOGO does not guarantee voice search support on all devices and is not responsible for its absence or limitations due to technical solutions or third-party policies.

Subtitles

Subtitles are text that appears on the screen while watching a video and displays the characters' lines. The service supports the activation of subtitles in the player settings. Information about the availability of subtitles and available languages is indicated in the description of each piece of content. The availability of subtitles may vary depending on the content and viewing language. MEGOGO does not guarantee 100% coverage of content with subtitles. Some subtitles (forced) cannot be turned off because they are added in accordance with the requirements of the copyright holders.

Playback Speed

Increase or decrease the playback speed of videos on iOS mobile devices and Apple TV set-top boxes. MEGOGO does not guarantee the availability or consistent operation of the playback speed change function on other devices.

Brightness Control

Control the brightness while watching movies, series, and TV shows on iOS and Android mobile devices. MEGOGO does not guarantee the availability or consistent operation of the brightness adjustment feature on other devices.

Quick Combinations

Hotkeys, gestures, and special buttons on remote controls can be used for convenient access to the main features of the MEGOGO service. It allows you to perform actions such as pause/play, rewind, start from the beginning, switch channels, adjust volume and brightness, and open subtitle settings quickly.

Quick combinations are supported on most platforms, but their availability, appearance, and functionality may vary depending on the type of device and the technical capabilities of the platform. For example, gestures for switching channels may only be available on mobile devices; some TV remotes have special buttons for quick actions, but this feature is not available on all models; the web version has arrows for rewinding content, etc. MEGOGO does not guarantee the availability or identical implementation of such features on all devices, as their support depends on the technical solutions of third-party suppliers.
