Mike Lowrey is a Miami police detective in the Division for Combating Illicit Drug Trafficking and Marcus Burnett's partner.

Mike Lowrey is a confirmed bachelor. He loves flirting, nightlife, and being the center of attention. Mike is sincere and open-minded, so despite his rebellious bachelor nature, he has a loving heart and can be a loyal friend. The goal in life is to wipe out the scum off the streets until he is old.

These two cops are complete opposites. But despite their differences, they work together, drive through the streets of Miami in an expensive car, and invariably tease each other.
