The cute, red-cheeked boy Luca has a secret. He is a sea monster. Luca grew up in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and has always been a very inquisitive and active boy. However, his life was limited to his mother's errands, which Luca had to run every day. The boy has secretly dreamed of something bigger and special all his life. The dull routine comes to an end when Luca meets Alberto. Two boys decide to go out on dry land.
