Han Solo

Han Solo is one of the main characters in the Star Wars movie saga, a famous smuggler and participant in the Rebellion against the Galactic Empire. His parents, Jonash and Jaina Solo, abandoned the boy when he was about two years old. Han was rescued by Garris Shrike, the leader of a band of thieves. Thus the child became a beggar and a thief. Growing up, Han travels to Corellia in search of family and kin, where he meets his uncle and aunt. But his relatives return him to Shrike, not wanting to communicate. Noticing the teenager's aptitude for piloting, Shrike allows him to train and then take part in races, which brings income. His training was handled by the Wookiee representative Dewlanna. Soon Han Solo became a student at the Imperial Academy, and thanks to forged documents, he got a job as a pilot. However, service in the Imperial Army did not last long. One day Solo disobeyed orders by standing up for the Wookiee slave Chewbacca. Together they escaped and have been partners and best friends ever since. After a while, Han acquired a ship, the Millennium Falcon, and became a smuggler. He earned fame as one of the best in the business. Solo became embroiled in the Rebellion when he took Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi aboard his ship on Tatooine. The ship was soon captured and towed to the hangar of the Death Star. Han Solo helped his new friends save Princess Leia, finally defeat the Empire, and found the New Republic. Leia Organa later became his wife. And if there was another conflict in the Galaxy, the Solo family was always at the very epicenter of events.
