Rey

Rey, later called herself Rey Skywalker, is a heroine of the Star Wars universe, a former scavenger, a Resistance fighter, captain of the Millennium Falcon, and a Jedi apprentice of Luke Skywalker. She was born eleven years after the Battle of Endor. On her father's side, she was the granddaughter of Emperor Sheev Palpatine, having inherited her power in the Force from him. In order to save Rey from the resurrected Dark Lord, her parents were forced to leave the five-year-old girl on the desert planet Jakku. To survive, Rey became a scavenger and worked for Unkar Plutt. Later, she adapted a downed imperial AT-AT, the Hellhound Two, as her home. Inside the walker, Rey had a computer display, which she used to study alien languages, blueprints of Imperial and Republic ships, and as a flight simulator to hone her piloting skills. At the age of 19, she met the droid BB-8 and the stormtrooper Finn. With them, she flew away from Jakku on the legendary Millennium Falcon. They were later kidnapped by the ship's former owners, Han Solo and Chewbacca. The harsh world forced the heroine to be tough, enduring, thoughtful and developed in her the instincts of a true fighter. The girl was in great physical shape, talented in wielding a fighting staff and afterward, the NN-14 blaster pistol, a gift from Han Solo. She eventually became the owner of the famous lightsaber built by Anakin Skywalker. Her innate understanding of the ship's mechanisms and how its systems work made her an excellent pilot. Her skills amazed even Han Solo. The awakening of the Force in Rey began when she was captured by the warrior of the Dark Side — Ben Solo. Soon the former scavenger developed new abilities. They also gave her the chance to defeat Ben. After that, Rey flew to the First Jedi Temple to fulfill her mission: the girl set herself the task to "bring back" the hermit Luke Skywalker, ignite in him a spark of hope, and raise a new Resistance Squad.
