Project "Diiaa" and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is probably one of the most discussed state projects. The goal is to digitize all public services and moreover in a very short time. Within just a few years. In this report, Diia Project Manager Mstislav Banik together with Volodymyr Smirnov, founder of Spiilka Design Buro, introduce us to the history of the creation of one of the most prominent Diia's achievements — digitization of the state passport — and tell us about their own design system.
