By order of Sir Miles, the king's soldiers try to catch a miller who has been poaching. However, the knight Robin Hood saves the poor man from certain death, for which he is sentenced to a whipping. However, the hero manages to escape from the lord's castle, after which he gathers an army of riflemen in the forest who stand up to defend the unjustly offended.
